A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?: I’ve loved photography for as long as I can remember, photographing my first wedding in April of 91. I was only a high school student, taught how to use our Nikon by my dad. I did photos for friends & family for a while, and then the hobby turned into an obsession and semi-profession pretty quickly. I did mostly events and worked ‘on location’ in the beginning, but as my customer base grew, so did my collection of lights, backdrops and props. I had always dreamed of having my own studio, and in November of 2011, my dream became a reality.
I don’t have a favorite or ‘specialty’- I love it all. From capturing one of the baby’s first smiles, to the daddy daughter dance at the wedding, I can’t help but get caught up in the moment.
I get to spend my life doing what I love, and I think that make one one of the luckiest people in the world. One of my favorite things about my job is getting to know my clients and being able to call them friends (That wedding in April of 91, I still talk to them today). I get to share in personal moments with each and every one of my clients. -So I think it's only fair that I give you a chance to learn a little more about me. Here are the things that make me tick.
I love the outdoors, wildlife and exploring new places. Road trip, anyone?!?!
I enjoy cooking, a lot.
I love the innocence of children.
The little things in life mean the most.
I love my family and friends, even the crazy ones.
I’m not too good for thrift stores and bargain shopping.
