A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?

My name is Sylvia Cook-Lopez and the name of my business is TOP IT OFF BRIDALS in Atlanta, GA. I have worked in retail for over 40 years and the bridal industry since 1995 when I became a Certified Wedding Consultant and Event Planner. The more I worked with bridal couples, it became quite evident that they were in great need of a Personal Shopper with major vendor accounts, so that became my new area of concentration and service.
