Jenna is right, it's never too early to start planning. I suggest getting a wedding timeline checklist. This way you'll get a basic idea of when tasks need to be accomplished. Great tools can be found at weddingwire.com. Finally, consult a wedding planner.

Hi Jenna,

I agree with beginning by getting a wedding timeline checklist.Wedding Wire,OneWed and also my site provides you with this and other helpful guides. With all of the talent here at bridaltweet you should also get valuable insight.

Please browse my website at www.rebeccawellings.com for save the dates to begin with if you are going to send out announcements of your engagement .The time is perfect for those right now. Also 4 to 6 months is perfect for wedding invitations to be purchased. You will save yourself much stress if you order and give yourself plenty of time for proofing and making changes to elements if wanted. I do not know how many invitations you are ordering but addressing takes time. We offer a calligraphy service if you would like that. Of course for the bride in a hurry we can print and deliver in a hurry...I just do not advise doing that at all.

Hope this helps .Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can help you .

All the best to you and your fiance'.
