7 Ways to Bring Fall Into your Wedding but Leave the Ghosts and Goblins out.

Fall isn't all about ghost and goblins and pumpkins. So why should your fall wedding be limited to certain color schemes or ideas? You can still create a beautifully elegant wedding and incorporate some fall ideas without over doing it. However pumpkins do make beautiful decor accents and come in a variety of colors so don't rule them out just yet. Here are 7 tips to creating a spectacular fall wedding guests will have never seen before.
1. Don't think you are stuck with drab browns and oranges. It is just as easy to incorporate fall while using bright pops of color. Try a bright fuchsia and brown mix or golden yellow with cream. Neutrals with small splashes of color will make a beautiful pallet.

2. Consider bringing nature in to your theme. You can tie bouquets with vines and find wooden napkin rings for table settings. The foliage of this season is beautiful but be careful and use it sparingly so you don't overwhelm you guests eyes.
3. Texture is all the rage this season. Tablecloths in subtle but visually engaging fabrics can turn your ballroom into a wooded extravaganza. Use fabric that is ruched or layer different textures (consider one soft over one hard fabric).
4.Thicker pillar candles in rich hues can be just as impressive as many small votive candles and makes you look like a bride who isn't interested in following the norm. Consider pomegranate scent or a pumpkin spice giving you a comforting scent.
5.Lighting can play a big part in your fall wedding. Use a lighting company that can project images on the walls and ceilings that will create a foresty look. Lighting this with a warm tone can make your reception look like a kiss of sunset is breaking through the trees. You can also use lighting to create different times of a fall evening. Add a few bare tree accents and your reception venue has now been transformed.
6.You don't have to be in wine country to bring part of the lush vineyard into your wedding decor. Consider getting married under a trellis indoors or outdoors decorated with vines. You can also serve different types of wooded flavored wines throughout the night. Start with a lighter white whine and end with a full bodied red.
7.Metallic accents in gold, silver or even bronze for a bigger pop. Don't limit yourself to one metal combined this can make a truly eye catching design. The metals combined with your color scheme can make any wedding instantly elegant. You can pair the pillar candles with metallic leaves or beads adding shine and class.
