A sailing engagement shoot!

Yesterday Al and I got to do an engagement session while sailing down the Delaware. Its not always so easy to take pictures on a moving boat (not to mention the wind blowing hair everywhere)! But we had a blast. Kerry and Adrianna are getting married in October. We are really bummed that we were already booked and can’t photograph and video their wedding- but they loved our work so much they knew they had to have us do their engagement photos. Kerry is really into that whole Humphrey Bogart look so I went with some old school coloring.
We sailed from Riverton, New Jersey to Philly. Ate a picnic lunch and had pina coladas along the way and birthday cake (today is Al’s b-day) on the way back.
I have tons more- i just spot edited a few because I wanted to post them. So I hope you enjoy them.

It was an absolute joy having you aboard La Mariposa on Saturday. Adriana and I had a great time. We are truly, truly thankful that you were able to share your talents with us.
The pictures look great, and are so much fun. You really pulled off the ol’ time Hollywood publicity shot feel that we were going for.
And both my mariposas—the original and her namesake—look gorgeous.
