Love is in the air!  I’ve had the passion of event planning for as long as I can remember. I hear the words, “party, event and wedding” and I kick into overdrive and I can feel my blood flowing to my brains operating like propellers of an airplane and does not shut till the day after the event. As I wear different hats:  a mother, a preacher’s wife , a catering manager and an event planner, I must say that people are fascinated by what I do. Their eyes light up when I tell them I am an event planner.

Every woman wants to have a wedding of her dreams. I wake up every morning, excited about new opportunities and cannot imagine doing anything different – it has to be PASSION.  I’ve gained an enormous amount of experience in the past 12 years as an event planner. And I have been able to utilize my creativity with a ‘can do’ positive attitude. Putting together an event is like putting on a show.  A lot of things go on behind the scenes which attendees are totally unaware of. Sometimes, you experience a small glitch but the goal is always having to make it look seamless in the eyes of the attendees no matter what happens. I am blessed to have the opportunity of meeting various people, they come up to me and tell me WOW, you have a fun job!  A truly satisfied client who puts their faith and trust in you to deliver beyond their expectations.

The most rewarding part is seeing the way everything comes together from start to finish, the satisfaction of knowing that you were the key person to put the whole event together and made their dream come true without a glitch. It gives me great pleasure to see everyone having a good time, watch the fun and laughter, the great joy in their hearts  followed by a big “THANK YOU”   and hug you get in the end accompanied with tears of joy.  And when you stand back and look at the event you so diligently put together and to think… yeah I did it again!

The advise I can give brides: “ Don’t sweat the small stuff- stay focused on the love and commitment you have for each other . A wedding celebrates who you are- your uniqueness and individuality are at the heart of real life love. The true meaning of marriage is a mutual journey to create inner fulfillment.Wedding Planner in Miami
