Dia Mirza celebrated Indian textiles an handicrafts through her zardozi lehenga!

Dia Mirza has been giving out major fashion inspiration through her sustainable clothing style. She has always celebrated homegrown designers and Indian handicrafts and this time was no different either. She took to Instagram to share breathtaking pictures of herself in zardozi lehenga a magnificent number and our jaws are on the floor.

Dia played muse to designer Sanjeev Marwaaha’s label Leffet for his new collection ‘Aarambh’ at the Bombay Times Fashion Week. The ivory lehenga featured intricate zardozi embroidery. The design was inspired by the Mughal floral and architectural motifs. The ensemble consisted of a beautiful lehenga, a choli and a sheer dupatta.

Dia looked absolutely heavenly and accessorised with gold jewellery with exquisite Kundan work. She tied her hair in a neat bun with a gajra. Her makeup was on point with shimmery rose-gold eyeshadow, a matte pink lip and loads of blush.

"Here is a celebration of our rich Indian textile and handicraft. Inspired by Mughal floral and architectural motifs. A legacy of our culture." read the caption of the post.
