Wedding Receptions can be the most stressful event to plan out of your engagement! It is time when the bride and groom can celebrate the joining of becoming one. So why not choose the best why to celebrate with out going over budget and in a timely manner.

 RISE AND SHINE. Breakfast style wedding receptions are on the rise! This style of reception is great for early wedding services. This is the most inexpensive way to have a wedding reception. On a budget, you can do more with this style of reception. The types of food would be bagels, eggs, breakfast meats, muffins, French toast, ect. To add a little spice to this style of reception you may have a chef whipping up fresh omelets and crepes! As far as drinks you can serve coffee, tea, juice, Mimosas, morning glories, and wine sprinters. Not having a full bar at your reception saves you money as well. No need for hard liquor in an early reception. Breakfast style weeding can be buffet or sit-down style. The typically happen after an 8am-9 am wedding ceremony. Spending less money on food, more can focus on decorations. Kick start your honeymoon early with a Breakfast Style Wedding Reception!

 

 

LET’S DO LUNCH. A Lunch Style Wedding Reception is better if you need more time in-between a morning ceremony and reception. It allows more photos to be taken with the bridal party as well as enough time for the guest to get to the reception location. As far as food, it is it one of the inexpensive ways to have a wedding reception. Choosing entrees on the dinner menu for a cheaper price since it is taking place during lunch hours. This type of reception can be done buffet or sit-down style. Drinks would still consist of light liquor, so a full bar will not be needed. If you would like to do something after this reception, such as picnics, cruise, or jump start on the honeymoon this option may be for you.

  TRADITIONAL. The most formal type of Wedding Receptions would be a full course dinner, either sit-down or buffet. Traditional receptions could be the priciest ways to celebrate a wedding. A serving staff, a full bar (optional), and a full course meal is usually the necessities. It is elegant and is a gesture of special care to the guests. This type of wedding reception allows you to celebrate your wedding by cutting the cake, dancing, and bouquet tossing; but also leaves enough space for treating your guests with cocktail and dinner. This traditional style will leave you and your guest feeling the love and partied out!

C&C. Got a lot of guest attending your wedding? Then a Cake and Champagne may be for you. This is a reception following right after the ceremony.  It is one of the inexpensive, quite, personal ways to celebrate your big day. Make sure to mention this type of reception in the invitations, so the guest won’t be expecting more. Also, it is advised to have the reception in the same venue of the wedding ceremony for convince. The only thing to worry about with this style of reception is cake! Everything else as far as wine and decorations would only accompany the cake. For an intimate event this may be the way for you to go!

There are so many new ways to have wedding receptions! The most important thing to think about is BUDGET. Chose the type of reception on which you can afford. When you stay in budget you can focus more on the vision then trying to make ends meet!
