Elegant Invitations" target="_blank">Blue Elegant Bride Wedding Invitation All that's left now is planning for one of the biggest days of your life. You have dreamed of this day since you were a little girl and more than anything you want to have that Fairytale Wedding.

Living in a Fairytale can become very expensive and making aany dream come true can be super stressful. But it doesn't have to be that way. You can have that Faiytale Wedding without breaking the bank or your sanity.
We just had our wedding last August and people are still raving about how we had the best Wedding they have ever been to. Everything was Perfect! The Invitations, The Ceremony, The Reception, and the Honeymoon!! And we were able to pay CASH for Everything!!!
Now our Fairytale carries on and we will be moving into our Dream Home soon. Here is how we cut a few corners.
Hopefully these tips will help you out too!!!

Make A List, Check it Twice, and Save Your Money On The Invites!

Aside from paying for your Wedding one of the most stressfull parts of the planning will be determing who to invite, who not to invite, and who to seat them by.
Chosing who to invite is entirely on you. But remember this is YOUR day! Have the people you Love most there. The pain of having to say no to someone or getting grief will only last a second but a bad memory will last a lifetime. You dont need every co-worker, distant cousin, or a friend from high school there. That's why they invented photos.
Where we were able to save some money was on the invatation. We skipped the local bridal boutique or print shop and ordered our invitations online. They turned out Awesome!! You might say you want your invitations "Professionally Designed". They are you just have to search for them. A lot of talented Artists and Graphic Designers have taken their craft online and are selling Wedding Invitations. We ordered ours from a Professional Artist at the Theme Wedding Boutique on Zazzle.  ThemeWeddingBoutique   here are my favorite designs from the store

Two Tier or Not Two Tier? That is the Question.
Choosing a Wedding Cake carefully is another area where you can save your hard earned money. You first must ask yourself if you need a two or three tiered cake. You might need more than that but do you really need an expensive Traditional Tiered Cake? They can cost you thousands.
My advice is go with the one tiered cakes and buy a nice stand to present the cakes. Here is how we did it.
Go to your favourite bakery and ask them if they do custom work but do not throw out the term Wedding. As soon as you say Wedding they will bring out the special white book where every dried out cake they have costs $500 or more. Just go in and ask if they do custom work and how much it costs. Now turn around and walk right out the door. Go straight home and find two designs you want online and print them off. Go back to the shop and have them make you two Custom Cakes that resemble Wedding Cakes.
We went this route for our Wedding. We paid $50 for both cakes with the custom work. The one difference people noticed about our Wedding Cakes was they tasted Awesome. Traditional Wedding Cakes usually taste a little better then re-gifted fruit cakes. Treat your guests to a dessert they will remember forever.
We had a Vanilla Hazelnut and a Chocolate Rasberry. They were presented well. We got lots of beautiful pictures because we had two cakes to cut. We had guests asking if they could take some of the cake home.
It is the perfect alternative to the $Traditional Wedding Cake$

Should I Rent Or Buy My Dress

Such a tough question. Renting is gross but should I spend thousands for something I will only wear once.
My suggestions is to order the dress overseas and give yourself at least 3 months for delivery.
I purchased my dress from a company called Light In The Box. I paid $250 with shipping!!! It took about 45 days to arrive and it fit perfectly. I paid an additional $60 to have it custom fit. The quality was comparable to any $5000 dress you could buy locally.

If your wondering how it looked. When I stepped out of the car at the venue a little girl ran up and asked me if I was a princess. It was perfect and I have a keepsake for life.
Thank you for visit and happy saving on your Dream Wedding : )  XOXO
