How to keep fresh and healthy for your wedding

A wedding is a huge stressor for everyone associated with it. Stressing does no good to the body. Naturally, the freshness is most likely to get affected during the preparation days. The rush of a wedding is so high that it would not be surprising if you fall ill in the run up to your marriage. The enthusiasm of the work is so high that you do not feel the workload during the actual preparatory days.

However, there comes one point of time, when the body gives in. The immune system gets weak. You no more feel as fresh as before, no matter even if it is your wedding. However, some tips will help you get out of the unnecessary workload and get you some spare time. Obviously, you need to think by your head and not mind.

Most importantly, you should hire as many professional services as possible. That will give you extra spare time. In this spare time, you can either work on other things or supervise the ongoing work. Supervision on the current work will give you rest and the unnecessary fatigue can be averted.

If you cannot afford to rope in professional services, then do ask a helping hand from your friends and relatives. Close friends will certainly drop in to extend their help. You can allot those works to friends that need to travel. This means you will not have physical exertion. This will keep you up and running for longer. Try to do as little things as possible yourself unless it is unavoidable.

In spite of all the care, if you ultimately fall ill, follow the tips to recover in time.

If you feel like you are running temperature, get vaccinated immediately. Instead of tablets and capsules, a vaccine will be faster and more effective.

If you have caught cold, use tissues to sneeze and cough. Dump the tissues immediately upon use. Never re-use even a single tissue paper. Don’t come in contact with your diamond eternity band or any other diamond wedding rings.

Always consult a physician. Avoid going for over the counter medication. It may work, but only temporarily. What if the illness resurfaces? Do not take any chances.

Eat well and in time. Go for food that will raise your immunity. Drink lots of water. Water therapy is best in most diseases.

Avoid physical contact like kissing, occasional hugging or hand shaking.  You can instead be warm through your talk. No one will insist on a physical contact when they know you are not feeling well. After all, why would the other person invite illnesses, knowingly?

At times, you won’t know, but the mind needs more care than the body. So, if your mind allows you and you are in the position to meditate, do meditate. This will make your mind quite fresh.

Say goodbye to alcohol during these days. It can surely take your sleep away. Your body needs rest. More than anything else, it is the sleep that gives the best rest. But do not try to force yourself to sleeping. Let the forty winks come naturally to you.
