The face mask is something that gives you the courage to step out your home for getting groceries, medical treatments or to the workplace. You need to very particular about the selection and Maintenance of your face mask to ensure proper safety.

How to select the right Wedding mask?

• Always wear masks having multiple layers so that a rigid layer is created to stop the spread of Covid-19.
• Make sure that both your nose and mouth are thoroughly covered with the mask.
• Do buy masks wit sufficient pores so that you breathe comfortably.
• Do not buy a smaller mask, it will be tight and cause discomfort.
• Do not buy a very large mask, it will be loose and lead to vulnerabilities.
• Do not wear an N95 and KN95 mask, unless you are a healthcare worker. This might lead to a shortage and overpricing of these masks.

How to clean your mask?

• Masks should be washed frequently. It is recommended that you wash your masks every time you go out.
• You must use cloth masks as they are easily washable.
• You can wash cloth masks with a mild antiseptic such as diluted Dettol and Savlon along with warm water.
• You can even use regular mild laundry detergents to clean your mask.
• You can use your electrical dryer for drying the mask or keep it in the sunlight.
• You must have at least two masks so that you may use the alternate one if the first one is wet or unwashed.

How to wear a mask?

Put on a mask-

• Always make sure that you store your mask in a cool and dry place.
• Clean your hands with hand wash and water, if not at least use a hand sanitizer.
• Figure out the correct side of the mask.
• Always hold the mask by the loop or the tie gently.

Remove a mask-

• The front of the mask may be contaminated, so always hold it with the ties or loops.
• First untie the loops, bands and tie and then remove it gently.
• If the mask is disposable, dump it. Else, put it in an isolated space and wash it later.
