Pickle Pro Feature: Invitations

Invitations can be a wonderful way to set the tone and theme of your wedding. And, if you go to a professional, all your print can also act as away to add cohesiveness throughout beyond the invites. The programs, the menu, names, table numbers and even thank you notes.

I remember when I was planning my wedding I only knew of storebought print-it-yourself ones and ones you buy out of a generic catalog. If I knew then what I knew now right?

I asked some print professionals what they thought was the one thing a bride needed to know about ordering their invites. Along with a link to their websites and Twitter, here is what they said:

@CopperWillowPS

"Quality takes time so they should start looking at wedding papers at least 6 months prior, earlier for save the dates [and] brides should develop a paper budget - there's a lot of wedding items that need paper!"

@LassodMoon
lassodmoondesigns.com
"It takes more time then they realize, so plan early! and that's partly why it's more money."

 @Kate_CPWInvites
custompaperworks.com
"Mostly the difference between custom and non-custom, because lots of invitation printers use the term incorrectly and also knowing accurate quantity when pricing... and timing for custom design. I could go on and on about this, really! : )"

Be sure to follow these pros on Twitter and check out their websites and see all the possibilities you can have for your own wedding!
