For many brides and grooms one of the most exhilarating experiences of their entire day will be introductions into the reception hall.

Carried out in the correct manner - your introductions will leave you with goose bumps and memories that stay with you for a lifetime.  This is truly your grand entrance to the world as a married couple - it's time to make a statement!  This statement can be big and bold or subtle and personal.  No matter which way you chose to conduct your introductions, there is no question that you want to add a piece of who you are as a couple into the mix.

In order to achieve your ideal entrance, make sure you talk with your wedding DJ about this portion of the day specifically.  When I say talk, I mean beyond the standard who is coming in with who, how is Uncle Sal's last name pronounced type of talk.  You want to have a conversation about your vision for that grand entrance.  Are you looking for a lot of build up ("Crazy Train" - Ozzy Osbourne), a ton of straight fun ("Move Your Feet" - Junior Senior), a sports theme (Monday Night Football) or maybe some local flavor("Shipping Up To Boston" - Dropkick Murphy's)?

The point is to make it yours and to have fun with it.  Be specific with your wedding DJ about what it is you're looking for.  It is your big moment and it should unfold exactly as you vision it to in your head.  You deserve to feel like a rock star and the proper planning will ensure that it happens.
