Case Study Bride and Groom

Enduring long hours at the hospital didn’t leave this couple much time or availability to meet with multiple vendors.  They needed a Plan STAT!  We matched the right vendors and kept  this couple out of a budget emergency by negotiating and matching up the right vendors to match their style.

Principles in Action planned this beautiful destination wedding for their September Couple, Fred and Jasmine. The wedding destination was the amazing Jackson, Mississippi! Principles in Action arranged for an amazing newsletter specially for the guests who were visiting Jackson for the first time which was appreciated by everyone. We created special maps for them to travel and explore Jackson with their loved ones. It was not just a holiday for the couple but for their guests as well.

ARRIVAL

When the guests arrived, they receieved special program fans designed by the creative team at AH Designs. This was quite new. As the wedding was set outdoors, the fans proved to be a real treat for the guests. Along with the fans, the guests were served a refreshing lemonade/drink that was a shade of blue to go with the wedding colors. Ushers then escorted the guest to their seats (there will be no bride or groom side) and people were able to sit where they liked.  As the guest arrive, popular love RnB love songs were played to keep the guests in the mood.

CEREMONY

Jasmine and Fred opted for a sand ceremony; which was extremely well executed by our team! We arranged for colors that were similar to colors of the wedding theme: white and tiffany blue.  Pomander balls hung on each chair on a ribbon with white polka dots hanging from the chairs along the aisle. A gazebo was set with beautiful flowers and musician played live music as the bride walked down the aisle with her father! The scene was purely out of the world!

RECEPTION and EXIT

The reception had another complete "WOW" factor to it that not only had our bride and groom swooning but the guests as well. Beautiful crystal vases filled with flowers adorned the reception area as table centerpieces. The bride and groom initials in blue lighting rotated in the middle of dance floor.  A candy buffet was set on the special request from our bride and groom as per their love for medicine!

The exit was wonderfully staged with bride and groom leaving in a vintage car decorated with a banner that said "Just Married!"
