Well, I stopped my 7 days cleansing diet in 5 days due to things I had to attend and it was hard to stick to the diet where I was. I'm back to my regular eating and my weight has been holding steady at 122 lbs. This is a typical food diary of what I eat everyday.

Breakfast: Steel oats, oatmeal w/cinnamon, half banana and a little milk or two kinds Fiber 1 cereal mixed together with a half banana.

Lunch: Low salt/low fat turkey or ham sandwich on wheat bread or lettuce roll-ups with ham or turkey.

Dinner: Lean beef, turkey, chicken or pork with unlimited raw or cooked veggies.

Snack at night: Orville Redenbacher's mini bag 100 calories popcorn.

One snack during the day of fruit.

I only have a few pounds to go so I'm expecting the scale to move about 1/2 pound per 1-2 weeks. I've been at 122 lbs. for 7 days now so if I can eat good over the weekend hopefully I can continue. Usually on the weekends I gain 3-4 lbs. and then have to lose it during the week and then the cycle starts all over again. I need to focus on staying healthy over the weekend if I want to get down to 118 lbs. I feel good there and my joints don't hurt. I'm 5'2"' so 118 lbs. is reasonable and I have a little wiggle room for the weekends, I weight myself everyday. I would like to be 118 lbs on Friday. Weekends are so hard for me because I like to go out and have drinks and dinner with friends. In the summer it's so nice to sit at an outdoor patio and have dinner and drinks with family and friends. This can happend if I drink lite beer (Select 55, MGD 64 or Miller Lite) and choose good food such as chichen breast with steamed veggies. Once I start with the burgers, wings, pizza and martini's, it's all down hill. Been there done that, it doesn't work and the weight will just go up.
