Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey And Celiac Disease

After 35 years of marriage you would think I would have my weight and diet problems under control, not.

My weight has gone up, down and up again. I'm now at 124 pounds. The gluten free foods are so much higher in calorie that I'm trying to find middle ground for my eating and my husband's. It's too hard to keep everything seperate so I do gluten free and it's killing my diet. Saw a Dr. Oz show the other day and he said that this is the new diet craze and people think they are eating a lower calorie food. He said the complete opposite. http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/celiac-disease-advantages-gluten-free-diet My problem is that I couldn't find gluten free foods at first so I bought any thing I could just to have things to eat. I bought, nacho, pretzels, sherbert and all sorts of junk food which I don't normally buy. If I have them in the house, I eat them. So I have decided to not buy any more junk gluten free foods and stick to more whole foods that are naturally gluten free, fruits, veggies, rice and lean meats. This is how I used to eat any way so why buy junk. Hopefully this will get me back on track.
