What to do with all those amazing digital files from your wedding day.

Your wedding was probably the best day of your life. Ideally, you only get one, and when it's over, your photos are your reminder of the beautiful day. So why do SO many brides only use the digital files to upload a few on facebook and that's it? Did you really pay your photographer thousands of dollars for facebook profile pics? Here are some of our suggestion to get the most out of your images.

Work with your photographer to create an album.

Every year we have brides from previous years call us for an album design consultation. Like most wedding photographers that give clients the rights to their images, we're always ready to create a storybook for them even if they didn't pre-order one. You can also look to online publishers that exist to help you organize the digital photo files you have already taken. If your photographer gives you full rights and access to the digital photos he or she took photos from the wedding, you can download the images at an online publisher's Web site. Right after the wedding, you can use these images to have prints made for thank you cards or to create a portrait as a gift for your parents or grandparents.
