You may find yourself saying “I can’t afford an event planner” or “I
can just do it myself”. But have you actually researched the benefits of
hiring an event planner?

Think about the last event that you hosted. You ran around the house cleaning and scrubbing everything, trying to hang up decorations and finish up any cooking and putting the food out on the tables. You run
around during the whole night and by the end, you are exhausted and have
to stay up to clean. An event planner can do all of this work for you
so the only thing you will have to do is enjoy the day!

If you think that you can do everything yourself, you are probably right. However, you will spend a lot of time and money into planning the event that you will not have time to relax and enjoy it. I, as an event
planner, will be able to work closely with you in order to achieve the
event that you were dreaming of.

There are also more service packages then a full-service planning. An event planner can do as much or as little work as you would like them to. They can plan everything from start to finish on their own, they can
simply come the day of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly,
or anything in between!

An event planner can not only save you time but it can save you money. An event planner will have relationships with local vendors and suppliers and will be able to receive special discounts and deals. They
will be able to negotiate with vendors and get results. A planner will
also be able to tell you able costs that you might not have thought of
such as tips, the actual photographs and some ceremonial items such as
unity candles. With the ability to negotiate and the preparedness for
unexpected cost, the event planner could be “paid for” by the savings.

I hope that I have given you a new prospective to event planners. The planner is there to help you save time, money and reduce your stress.

This could be a tough decision to make, if you would like to set up a FREE, no obligation consultation e-mail me at Amanda.Walls@CherishableWE or call me at 302-540-7907. Visit the original post on my blog: http://bit.ly/bC1FXy
