You have to have a budget!!

I work with so many brides who want an elaborate wedding but end up having to cut corners because they come with no budget in mind. There are many reasons to start with a budget when planning a wedding.

1. It will encourage you to be creative with items such as invitiations, decorations and attire.

2. You can make sure the day is truly about what matters; love and committment (not just the material things).

3. You will truly know what you can afford for your big day.

4. You won't be l\ying awake the night of your wedding trying to figure out how you are going to pay off your credit cards.

5. There is life after your wedding, you still have to live.

So please brides and parents, start your wedding off with a budget. It will make the process go much smoother.
