A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
My goal is to document your unique moments while also creating beautiful artistic pictures you will cherish forever! On your wedding day we are unobtrusive & focus on capturing the moment. However, we also like to get creative & if the bride & groom are up for it get lots of fun, funky, fashionable shots!
I have been a full time photographer for 7 years and have shot well over 100 wedding. As a recent bride myself I truly understand the concerns and needs of my couples, and I treat each wedding I'm shooting as if they were my own wedding pictures. And not only are your photographs super important to me, but so is making sure your day runs as smoothly as possible so you don't have a worry in the world.
I currently shoot only about twenty weddings a year to allow myself time to give my brides the full attention and high end service that I value myself on. This also allows me time to focus on my other photography passions - fashion and fine art photography! I often develop long term relationships with my wedding clients which leads to lots of maternity, baby, and family photo shoot. A few times a year you can also find my fine art photography on display inside art galleries around the country. A few spots I have shown include San Francisco, D.C., and New Orleans.

Photographing my 100th Wedding- A Perfect New Orleans Wedding in the French Quarter!

Last week was a huge milestone for me as I photographed my 100th

wedding! It’s hard to believe I have photographed so many weddings in

the past 5 years, but it excites me to think what my next 100 will be

like..hopefully more destinations such as Hawaii & Paris, and more

creative ways to showcase my art such as with the fusion of photography

and video. Lauren & Seth’s wedding was perfect for my 100th with

a beautiful intimate ceremony in Jackson Square and… Continue

Wedding at Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans

Tori & Kenny married on Jan.16 at the beautiful Southern Oaks Plantation

in New Orleans, Louisiana. The day started a little tense as a gloomy

weather forecast and a big playoff game for the New Orleans Saints

could affect the mood of the wedding. But thankfully, the Saints

stomped the Cardinals and the rain stopped just in time for the start

of the wedding! I was… Continue

4 Reasons NOT to Hire a Professional Wedding Photographer

1) Your Uncle Jack has offered to do it and it doesn't matter to you if his camera is still film and if his style is way outdated, because you're just hoping he stays so busy documenting your day that he has no time to make a fool of himself on the dance floor or tell his annoying stories to your friends.

2) Everyone will be bringing their cameras plus you have disposable cameras! It's OK if you only get half of those photos back or everyone's photos are blurry from drinking too… Continue
