Telangana Man's Wedding Invite Stipulation: “No Gifts Please, But Vote for Modi”

A man from Sangareddy in Telangana has made a unique request on the invitation cards for his son’s marriage. The wedding is scheduled to take place on April 4.

The wedding invitation cards carry a message requesting people not to bring gifts for the newlyweds, but vote for Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the upcoming elections instead.

The cover of the wedding card for Sai Kumar and Mahima Rani has been widely shared on social media. This wedding card bears the message, “If you vote for Narendra Modi ji, that’s the gift for this wedding”. Sai Kumar’s father Nanikanti Narasimhalu, who printed the message, is a BJP supporter and a fan of PM Modi.
