A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
I'm an African American woman, first time being engaged (Yay!), about to marry the most spectacular man ever to walk this Earth! In trying to create a budget for our wedding, we realized that the only wedding we could afford would be in a New York City courthouse! So, in a moment of desperate inspiration, I decided to launch CROWDWED!
'CrowdWed' is the only crowd-funding site geared toward helping engaged couples raise money for their Wedding! Similar to other crowd-funding sites, CrowdWed will use your own social network ( Friends, Co-Workers, Family ) to help you raise all the money you'll need to host that wedding you've been dreaming of!
