Recently this topic has risen in NJ due to the closing of a Bridal Dress shop called Enzo brides. Many brides who had given their deposits were face with loss of money and loss of dress and no return for contact. One included is a cancer patient undergoing chemo therapy. So a local paper did an article about brides planning their weddings to get insurance. So this is not insurance for the planners, vendors etc,but for the actual bride, any one heard of this and what do you recommend for brides to protect themselves?

Oh of course! I would definitely get wedding insurance! I always encourage my brides and those getting married to look into wedding insurance because you just never know what might happen. I just made a post on my facebook page regarding wedding insurance....

I agree I always recommend to my brides they get wedding insurance. In the months it takes to plan a wedding a lot can happen. Couples need to be protected.
