Thanks for joining us, Sandy and Mitta! I imagine you work in tandem with wedding planners and officiants? Knowing that all brides are unique, I'm also curious to hear a favorite or oft-given piece of your advice for brides? Do you also have a gem for officiants in working with brides to promote greater ease in creating our ceremonies?

Thanks for the invite Barbara. We're wedding coaches dealing with the inner journey of the bride: emotions, fears, overwhelm, relationships, stress, money etc through the wedding planning, wedding day and beyond!

Welcome, Pamela! This beach ceremony sounds like a transcendent blend of heaven, earth, and technology - an expression of our times and our humanity that was profound in part for the sum of these. I do see a general interest in couples looking at indigenous traditions and wanting to incorporate elements from faiths and ancestries beyond their own, too. It sounds like this couple was floating on a platform in the sea - is that so, were the guests as well? Thanks!

Fenway Park weddings. I've officiated at five and have four more coming up. I love them! I am also a huge Boston Red Sox fan, so being asked to marry people at Fenway has a special meaning to me. However, the best one at Fenway was on the Green Monster Seats during the 7th Inning Stretch. The couple had on Red Sox jerseys that read Bride and Groom! It was really cute. But I had to talk fast during their vows without taking out the important meanings. I did it and the crowd cheered us on. It was so much fun! People were looking up at us to see what what going on. People starting clapping.

New rituals which have relevence for today's couples, which blend traditional formality (monitum, and the legals we must have in Australia) with 'original' ceremony taking age old elements that most have not experienced in a Western marriage- it was on a beach, with professional broadcast sound and guest integration. The spirituality was 'natural' and real. The platform in the water was a worry! Noone will forget the ceremony and they have forgotten the dress, the shoes, flowers, invites etc. It was true ritual in action and social drama, with intense meaning.

Joie, this sky-diving wedding is so free-spirited! Thanks for joining us and sharing this adventurous love story. Were you tempted to parachute too and marry them in mid-air? Who else has officiated "extreme weddings"?

Glad to join this group. Thanks for starting it.
Most Creative wedding for me has to be my bride and groom that parachuted in Monterey (nonot me in a parachute, I was on the ground met them when they landed) We took a shuttle bus back from the landing ti the hanger. With the crew watching prefromed the ceremony infront of one of the planes outside the hanger. Right after the ceremony and certificate signing we watched the video of the jump. It was a fun afternoon and what a great couple to work with.
