Being a bride is not easy. There are so many important decisions that need to be made, and deciding when, where and at what cost are in fact the easiest ones. Although most women plan their wedding for years, lot of brides make the same old mistakes that sometimes can corrupt the whole experience of this important day. In this article we’re going to list some of the common mistakes that are made while planning the party of a lifetime, and that should be avoided at all cost.

Not Having Fun on Their Wedding

This is one of the biggest problems when it comes to both brides and grooms. Couples forget that the wedding is primarily made for them to share their happiness with their friends and relatives. Although guests are very important, bride’s experience is by far the most important parameter that separates an awesome wedding from a total disaster.

Most of the brides tend to worry too much about possible organizational problems and they don’t feel relaxed when the big day comes. That’s why hiring a wedding planner is one of the best solutions, for having a careless and fun time on the most important party in every women’s life.

Starting Too Late

Lots of brides and grooms start making their wedding plans too late. The earlier they start, there’s a bigger possibility they’ll be able to find the dreamy venue, unique Mi Emporium wedding supplies and to hire their favorite band or a DJ. If the couple is planing to hire a wedding planner it is important they do that as early as possible, before paying for the venue, and ordering food and decorations.

This way the brides will be sure that they’re not going to mislocate their budget. Planners also have much more experience in negotiating prices with venue owners and they will definitely arrange the best possible deals for their clients.

Not Hiring a Videographer

Wedding photography is very popular and couples spend fortune for photographer’s services. Most photo stores offer additional video recording services for just a little bit higher price, but lot of brides decide not to hire videographer. They do that because they think the video of their wedding is going to be cheesy and that a cameraman is going to disrupt the party’s flow.

Nowadays cameramen use very advanced technology that doesn’t require additional microphones, artificial lighting or anything else that can make the guests feel uncomfortable. Wedding videos are very interesting to kids and relatives and they can capture some of the special moments, that can’t be seen on photos, like speeches, special songs and weird dance moves.

Trying to Appease Too Many People

When the bride is choosing her wedding dress, venue, food or music there’s a big possibility that her friends, mom and aunts will try to impose their own opinion about every single detail. By listening to too many people brides can feel confused and loose the sight of what the wedding means to them. This leads to them being uptight and in the worst case scenario having second thoughts.

That’s why it is important to listen to good advise, but also to remember that each decision is only on bride and groom to make.

Trying to Incorporate All the Cute Ideas Found Online

Today there are plenty of blogs and websites that cover wedding niche and in addition to that there are lots of wedding themed pages on Facebook and pins on Pinterest. Most brides visit some of these websites or social network pages before they start to plan their wedding ceremony. They can find lots of practical and creative ideas, but trying to incorporate them all at once can be mind-blowing.

Brides should only look for ideas that fit their budget, style and venue and when the wedding plans are over, it is important to stop searching for the perfect dress or decoration, because there’s 99% chance that these are going to pop up somewhere, which will make the bride sorry for choosing the ones she already bought.
