Did you know that eating while stressed causes you to "hold on to" and even gain weight? Try these little tricks:
1. Always sit down to eat...even if you just schedule a 10 minute time period to eat - take the time to sit and relax!
2. Before you start your first bite: take 10 deep and even breaths. This will help slow down your heart rate and "de-stress" you!
3. Put your eating utensils down between every bite and take a sip of water...this will help you drink more, eat slower, and digest your food better!
Life is too short to stress! Take pleasure in eating, in the nourishment your food brings you and the energy food can provide you! Getting married is a huge step: a life changing one! Enjoy every moment of the process!
