I've got a bone to pick with "resolutions" (no time to get into that now) but here are my intentions for managing our business this year.

Migrate email service, contact management and payments over to the Office Autopilot CRM.
Outsource 50% of my blogging activities.
Create a streamlined work flow for outsource workers using RSS feeds, Google docs and Office Autopilot.
Hire a virtual assistant for administrative work.
Migrate multiple email accounts over to Gmail.
Hire two writers to assist with article marketing campaign.

Whew! Felt good to get that one out of my head and onto virtual paper.
