When it comes time to book a band or DJ, make sure that you ask around. Talk to people and find out who they have used. If you can find out when and where a particular band is playing, then it would be a good idea to hear them first. The same is true for a DJ.
The best way to find one is to attend a Bridal Showcase which usually features not only entertainment companies, but other vendors as well.
