Do we ever conquer the yo yo weight problem?  You think you have it figured out and BAM you lose all control over your eating.  Good luck to all brides and grooms trying to get healthy and shape up for the big wedding day.  My husband & I both eat junk food when we're having a bad binging weekend.  I gain 4 pounds over the weekend & he may gain one, what's up with that???

 

I weighed myself on Friday and my weight is up to 127, still trying to find a common ground…

After 35 years of marriage you would think I would have my weight and diet problems under control, not.





My weight has gone up, down and up again. I'm now at 124 pounds. The gluten free foods are so much higher in calorie that I'm trying to find middle ground for my eating and my husband's. Well, since my last post I'm holding steady at 121 pounds. My husband was just diagnosed with celiac disease. Boy, has our eating and life style changed. Celiac disease is being allergic to gluten, not just wheat but all products like it.
