Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey

I weighed myself on Friday and I was down to 126 lbs.  The problem is I can lose about 4 lbs during the week but then I gain the same 4 lbs back on the weekend.  I talked with my neice and she does the same every week.  I was so careful this weekend with drinks and food so we'll see on Friday how I did, it's a constant battle every week.  With so many graduations, cookouts, wedding showers and weddings it's so hard to eat right.  Our gatherings are surrounded by food and booze.  LOL  Then…

Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey

I haven't post in a few weeks because I'm so upset at myself for not being able to control my weight and eat right.  Again today is a new day and I either have to lose ten pounds or buy new clothes.  I went to a Memorial Day picnic and no shorts or capri's fit me but one pair and they were tight.  A lot of bad words came out of my mouth and I was so mad at myself.  I weighed myself on Friday and I'm up to 130 lbs.  The highest I've been in a few years.  I know how to eat and what to eat.  I…

Very Romantic Movie Trailer Marriage Proposal

When I first heard about this movie trailer marriage proposal on Youtube I wondered if the movie Hangover 2 was really the best choice for a romantic proposal of marriage. Then I saw the video and it proved that when love is involved the movie really doesn't matter.

Take a look at this wonderfully romantic proposal. She's a lucky girl. I suspect he is also a lucky guy. Congratulations to a couple of great movie fans. …

Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey And Celiac Disease

Well, it's been a bad week. My husband came home from being out of the country and brought me chocolates. BAD NEWS! Of course I ate them plus everything else. It's been down hill ever since. I have gained back 5 lbs. in 7 days. What does that tell you, too many calories! When I start that down hill battle, I keep eating and eating and it makes me sick that I can't control myself. I ate the chocolates, had ice cream 4 times, ate many bowls of cereal, pizza and whatever else you can think of. Why… Continue

Well, I stopped my 7 days cleansing diet in 5 days due to things I had to attend and it was hard to stick to the diet where I was. I'm back to my regular eating and my weight has been holding steady at 122 lbs. This is a typical food diary of what I eat everyday.

Breakfast: Steel oats, oatmeal w/cinnamon, half banana and a little milk or two kinds Fiber 1 cereal mixed together with a half banana.

Lunch: Low salt/low fat turkey or ham sandwich on wheat bread or lettuce roll-ups… Continue
